Membership Application

THE GOLDEN VALLEY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE was organized to advance the general welfare and prosperity of the Golden Valley area.  Any person or business having an interest in the objectives and purpose of the Golden Valley Chamber of Commerce is eligible for membership.  Members need not reside or operate a business in Golden Valley.
  Application for membership in the Golden Valley Chamber of Commerce, Inc. is made by the undersigned, who, in order to maintain said membership, agrees to abide by the by-laws and pay in advance annual individual dues of $20.00, or business dues of $50.00.  The fiscal year runs from July 1st to June 30th.
  The Golden Valley Chamber of Commerce, Inc. was incorporated under the laws of the State of Arizona on September 29, 1983, and shall observe all local, state, and federal laws applying to a non-profit organization under section 501 of the Internal Revenue Code.
